Did you know that high blood pressure (hypertension) could be a direct result of Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Research suggests that from 30 – 50% of people with hypertension suffer from sleep apnea and it is common for many of those people to be resistant hypertension patients, meaning a high number of treatments have been tried but the high blood pressure can not be controlled. It may be time to get tested for Obstructive Sleep Apnea!
